Carol’s Crabmeat Dip
This appetizer is so simple and easy. If you like crabmeat, you will love this!
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 8 ounces canned crab meat drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice optional
Coctail Sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 tablespoons horseraddish or to taste
Instructions
- Mix together drained crab meat, cream cheese, and onion powder. Form into ball and chill. Mix cocktail sauce or purchase and pour over crab meat ball. Serve with cracker or tortilla chips. Yum.
