Authentic Italian Meatballs

These are so good. I like to form them larger using an ice cream scoop. My favorite way to cook them is to drop them raw into simmering Arone's spaghetti sauce during the last hour. Avoid stirring too much and they will turn out perfect. But, if you prefer, you can bake these in an oven and then add to your favorite sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl by hand.
  • Roll meatballs by hand to desired size.
  • Drop raw meatballs into a large pot of sauce (preferrably Arone's Spaghetti Sauce) and simmer for an hour or until done.
