Puppy Chow
This is a chocolate-peanut butter snack that looks like dog food – hence the name. If you eat it at Aunt Suzie's, it might be served in a dog bowl (albeit brand new)!
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 12 ounce box of Crispix
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Stir in cereal and mix.
- Toss in a brown paper bag adding powdered sugar in 1/2 cup increments up to 2 cups total.
- Serve in a clean, unused dog dish. 🙂
