Strawberry Daiquiri Pie
This frozen dessert is so good and a favorite of Sarah's.

Equipment
- Springform pan
Ingredients
Pretzel Crust
- 1 1/2 cup pretzels crushed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Filling
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup frozen concentrated strawberry daiquiri mix (sold near frozen juice concentrate)
- 10 ounce package frozen strawberries in syrup thawed
- 1 cup whipping cream (I use Cool Whip)
Instructions
Pretzel Crust
- In a small bowl, combine the first three ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Filling
- In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and daiquiri mix and beat until smooth. Add the berries in syrup and beat at low speed until blended. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour over crust. Freeze for 4-6 hours or until firm.
- Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Cut and serve with additional whipped cream.
