Turkey Tetrazini
This is a tasty dish that is great for using up leftover turkey.

- 8 ounces spaghetti cooked and drained (I use 12 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups turkey cooked and chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- sprinkle of paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Saute mushrooms in butter and lemon juice. Toss with cooked spaghetti and turkey and place in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter and stir in flour and spices. Cook for several minutes on medium low heat. Add broth and cook until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Pour sauce over pasta mixture and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika to garnish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and beginning to slightly brown. Enjoy.
