Guacamole
Avocados are called God's butter and I couldn't agree more. Feel free to adjust ingredients to suit your taste.

- 4 ripe avocados (soft yet still firm)
- 3 tablespoons Pico de Gallo (see recipe)
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 fresh lime juiced
- salt to taste
Cut and mash ripe avocados leaving some chunks.
Add the remaining ingredients and just blend. I like a few chunks in my guacamole.
If you do not have Pico de Gallo, add diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro and jalapeno to your liking.
Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.
