Buca de Beppo's Apple Gorgonzola Salad
This is a copycat recipe of the salad we all love. See my recipe for spiced walnuts.

- 3 Granny Smith apples
- 1 10 ounce bag mixed lettuce
- 3 tablespoons Italian dressing
- 1/3 cup spiced walnuts
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Cut apples into 1/2 inch pieces.
Place lettuce mix and dressing into a metal salad bowl and toss until lettuce is coated.
Add apple pieces, half the spiced walnuts and half the Gorgonzola and toss.
Top salad with dried cranberries and the rest of the Gorgonzola.
Garnish with the remaining spiced walnuts.
