Louisville Hot Cocoa
Sarah introduced us to this decadent Hot Chocolate recipe. You can use less Sweetened Condensed Milk to make a less-rich Hot Cocoa.
Servings: 8 servings
- 4 cups milk
- 12 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup coffee
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat combine milk, condensed milk, chocolate chips, and coffee, stirring frequently till melted and blended.
Serve in mugs with whipped cream.
Top with the following optional toppings based on your tastes: cinnamon, cocoa powder, and nutmeg.
