Sarah’s Crock Pot Mexican Chicken Surprise
The surprise comes when you sit down to this simple but yummy dessert. Great served with warm tortillas and any other toppings you like.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce jar Salsa
- 2 15 ounce cans of beans pinto, black, or kidney (or a combination)
- 1 12 ounce brick of pepper jack cheese cubed
- 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
Instructions
- Dump (yes, I said dump) all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender and falling apart. Shred chicken with forks and serve with warm tortialls and your favorite Mexican toppings.
