Hot Artichoke Dip

Hot Artichoke Dip
This is wonderful served with tortilla chips – even if you don't love artichokes – you just might like this!
Servings: 16
Ingredients
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 14 ounce can artichokes in water drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (3 ounces)
- 1/3 cup green onions with tops thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper chopped
- additional green onions sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic. Mix well.
- Drain and chop artichokes. Add artichokes, Parmesan cheese, sliced green onions, lemon zest and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a casserole dish or another oven-safe dish.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Sprinkle with red bell pepper and additional green onions and serve with tortilla chips, veggies, and/or crackers. My favorite is tortilla chips.
