Garlic Cream Sauce

Garlic Cream Sauce
This sauce is great over steak and other meats as well.
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Saute garlic in butter till fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, broth, and dijon mustard and combine.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
