Garlic Cream Sauce

This sauce is great over steak and other meats as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Saute garlic in butter till fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream, broth, and dijon mustard and combine.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
