Garlic Cream Sauce
This sauce is great over steak and other meats as well.

Servings: 4 servings
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh chopped parsley
Saute garlic in butter till fragrant.
Add heavy cream, broth, and dijon mustard and combine.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
