Key Lime Cheesecake Parfaits
These no bake parfaits are delicious and pretty.

Servings: 8 servings
- 1 2/3 cups finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup key lime juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- whipped cream
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Using a hand-held electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth. Beat in the condensed milk, key lime juice, granulated sugar, and lime zest until well incorporated.
Transfer mixture to a plastic or piping bag and place in the fridge for about 1-2 hours to firm up.
To assemble, alternate graham cracker crumbs and the mousse into 8-8ounce canning jars - 2 layers of each. Chill for a couple more hours until set. Remove from the fridge and add whipped cream and garnish with lime zest.
Serve and enjoy.
